NIRMANA-100 is a 100-day structured program designed for incorporated AECO startups across stages – from ideation to MVP and post-MVP solutions.
It focuses on supporting ideas and advancing the products toward real-world validation through pilot opportunities and domain-specific GTM support. The program offers structured mentorship, grant access, technical inputs and directly industry access.The program is built around the conviction that in a domain as specific and conservative as AECO, a well-built, domain-validated MVP is not a given — it requires structured mentorship, technical guidance, and domain exposure.

The 100-Day Program Structure

From Product Refinement to Pilot & Growth Readiness:

NIRMANA-100 is structured across four sequential phases, each with a distinct purpose and set of activities.

Phase 1 — ALIGN

  • Program kickoff and full cohort onboarding
  • 1:1 startup baseline assessment (1:1 diagnostics): product stage, team capability, domain knowledge gaps
  • Milestone planning: each startup defines and commits to its 100-day MVP goal
  • Introduction to mentors and program faculty

Phase 2 — STRENGTHEN

  • Weekly themed workshops and masterclasses; one per focus theme cluster
  • Guest sessions from AECO practitioners, domain experts, and technical advisors
  • Product design and UX clinics tailored to AECO workflows and user contexts
  • Weekly 1:1 mentoring sessions per startup
  • Build check-ins: are startups on track toward their stated MVP goal?

Phase 3 — VALIDATE

  • Structured product feedback sessions with AECO industry reviewers
  • Facilitated user testing and feedback loops via AmpliNxt's ecosystem partners
  • MVP stress-testing: does it solve the right problem? Is the build viable?
  • Pivot or persevere checkpoints with assigned mentors
  • Introductory exposure to potential industry collaborators

Phase 4 — PRESENT

  • Investor readiness workshops — pitch deck, financial narrative, storytelling for AECO
  • Mock pitch sessions with structured feedback from mentors and investors
