Phase 1 — GROUND
- Program kickoff and full cohort onboarding
- 1:1 startup baseline assessment (1:1 diagnostics): product stage, team capability, domain knowledge gaps
- Milestone planning: each startup defines and commits to its 100-day MVP goal
- Introduction to mentors and program faculty
Phase 2 — BUILD
- Weekly themed workshops and masterclasses; one per focus theme cluster
- Guest sessions from AECO practitioners, domain experts, and technical advisors
- Product design and UX clinics tailored to AECO workflows and user contexts
- Weekly 1:1 mentoring sessions per startup
- Build check-ins: are startups on track toward their stated MVP goal?
Phase 3 — VALIDATE
- Structured product feedback sessions with AECO industry reviewers
- Facilitated user testing and feedback loops via AmpliNxt's ecosystem partners (product usage/review testing and not pilot)
- MVP stress-testing: does it solve the right problem? Is the build viable?
- Pivot or persevere checkpoints with assigned mentors
