He has worked on complex capital programs with a strong focus on contract structures, delivery risk, and execution performance. He currently serves as Adjunct Faculty and Business Mentor at IIT Madras, where he works with early-stage startups to translate technical ideas into scalable solutions, advising in areas such as construction technology, real estate, and sustainability. His current interests lie in construction intelligence, particularly in integrating engineering, data, and systems thinking to improve decision-making across the project lifecycle
